Brijesh kumar, Managing partner of AnnBees Aluminium gets the spark of entering the Aluminium Utensils manufacturing by a weird notice of "kindly wash your pot thoroughly with coconut oil and soap before use".
He wondered why it was written so only for Al. Utensils and finally he peeped into it & found out the reason that, those utensils are washed using some kind of chemical substances. This information guided him to reach the good and unharmful utensils for the cx.
By the way of reaching such achievements he also understood about the teflon coated utensils defects too and had a solution by manufacturing the same dishes without harmful coatings with a BIS Certification.
As per his aspects advertisements should be done by the cx mouth to ear in the guideline of QUALITY.....

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The process of manufacturing wrought aluminium utensils starts from receiveing the raw material which falls under IS 1660:2009 categorized one in the form of round aluminium circles.
The circles arewrought and spinned on the appropriate die with the spinning lathe machine... Once the shape and finishing is done the utensils are washed using washing soda and cleanliness had made sure.
Second last, the washed goods let to dry totally and the handles and knobs are fastened....
Finally the finished goods are packed and stickers glued with the manufacturing month and other specifications with batch number.....
All these steps explained are done by skilled workers and all are checked and analysed by Quality control team....
